Characteristics

• Odourless concentrate powder; to be mixed in water.
• Free from strong Alkalis.
• Instantly removes oil and stencil residues.
• Will not etch the stencil. Easy to store & handle.

Mixing of Decoater Powder

For general use dissolve 2.0gms of decoater powder in 100 mil of water (2% Solution). When Stencil are difficult to remove use 4.0gms of decoater powder in 100ml of water.

Usage Instructions

• Remove all ink residues by applying any ink remover solvent to both sides of the mesh and work in with a brush.
• Wash both sides of mesh with water to remove all solvent traces.
• With a brush, apply decoater solution liberally to both sides of the mesh.
• Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes while the emulsion coatings dissolve. Do not allow decoater solution to dry onto the screen as this will make the stencil difficult to remove.
• Wash off the stencil with a strong spray or high pressure gun.
