PROCESSING GUIDELINES
Handling & Preparation
Drying Process
- Set shaker temperature to 70°C - 100°C (158°F - 212°F).
- Dry for 2 to 4 minutes using medium wave IR lamp.
- Ensure film surface temperature reaches 140°C - 160°C (284°F - 320°F).
Transfer Settings
- Temperature: 140°C - 160°C (284°F - 320°F).
- Time: 8 to 15 seconds.
- Pressure: 2 to 4 bars (Medium to High).
- Our waterbased coatings may require slight adjustments compared to other films.
Storage
- Store in original closed packaging in cool, dry place.
- Keep 15cm away from walls/floors. Temperature: 10°C - 25°C.
- Avoid proximity to chemicals (acid, alkali, ammonia, etc).
